Privacy Policy — 123doku

Last updated: 27 August 2026

123doku is a logic puzzle game published by Kuboza Games. This page explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The principle is simple: the game never asks who you are. No account to create, no email address, no password, no name. You install it and you play.

What the game collects

DataWhy
A random identifier, created the first time you open the game To carry your progress from one session to the next and to tell you apart from other players in the rankings. It is not linked to any personal information.
A nickname, randomly assigned and editable, and an avatar To represent you in rankings and to your friends. Choose a nickname that does not identify you if you would rather stay anonymous.
Your progress: level, grids solved, coins, daily streak, settings (theme, language, sound, vibration) To give the game back to you exactly as you left it, including after reinstalling.
Your solving times, per grid To show how you compare with other players and to tune the difficulty offered to you. These times are aggregated: we keep averages per grid, not a per-player history.
Your daily points To build the daily ranking. These rows are deleted after 90 days.
Your friends and duels: friendship links, games in progress, stakes, outcomes To make player-versus-player challenges work. Friendships are created only through a code that you share yourself.
A fingerprint of your device To recover your account if the game's data is cleared from your phone. This fingerprint is put through an irreversible process before being sent: our servers never receive your device identifier.
A recovery code So you can restore your progress on another device. It is shown in your profile.

The game requests no sensitive permissions: no location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone, no camera.

Advertising

The Android version shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional: you choose to watch them to earn coins. Others appear between grids.

To select these ads and measure their delivery, Google may use your device's advertising identifier along with technical information (model, operating system, country, language). We have no access to this data: it is handled by Google under its own policy.

Android lets you reset or delete this advertising identifier in your phone's settings.

The web version of the game shows no advertising.

Where the data is held

Game data is stored with Supabase, on servers located in the European Union. It is used solely to run the game. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your rights

European data protection law gives you the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, and object to its processing.

To delete your account and all your data, open your profile in the game and choose "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and permanent: progress, coins, friendships and duels are erased, and nothing can restore them.

You can also write to the address below. Since the game does not know who you are, please include your recovery code so we can find your account.

Children

123doku is suitable for all audiences. The game does not knowingly collect data that would identify a child. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us such data, please write to us and we will erase it.

Changes

This policy may change as the game does. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the game.
